We strive to provide the best service and products to our customers. Please read our refund and return policy carefully to understand the circumstances under which refunds or exchanges will be granted.
1. Refund Eligibility
You may not request a refund once the order has shipped.
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be brand new, unused, unopened, and in its original packaging, exactly as received.
You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, we’ll provide detailed instructions on how and where to send your item.
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the product is defective or incorrect.
2. Cancellations
We accept cancellations on the same day the order is placed to ensure efficient processing.
A €19.97 administrative fee applies to cover processing costs.
3. Defective or Damaged Products
If your product arrives defective, damaged, or incorrect, you are eligible for a full refund or replacement.
Please contact our customer service team within 7 days of receiving the product at infoaerova@gmail.com to initiate the refund or replacement process.
Proof of damage (e.g., photos) may be required.
AEROVA will cover the return shipping costs for defective or incorrect items.
4. Incorrect Address
If a package is undeliverable due to an incorrect address provided at the time of ordering, you are not eligible for a refund.
Please double-check your shipping information before confirming your order.
5. Product Dissatisfaction
Refunds will not be issued if you misunderstood the product’s use or are dissatisfied with it for personal reasons.
We encourage customers to carefully review product descriptions, images, and specifications before purchasing.
6. Non-Returnable Items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, including:

Perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants)

Custom products (such as special orders or personalized items)

Personal care goods (such as beauty products)

Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases
Additionally, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
7. Late Delivery
Refunds will not be issued for orders that arrive late but are in perfect condition.
Refunds are only available if the product arrives damaged or unusable.
Our products, including AEROVA Humifire, are designed for continuous enjoyment and are not exclusively intended for holiday gifting.
If your order arrives after your desired date but in perfect condition, we encourage you to enjoy your purchase.
8. Holiday Season Delivery Notice
Orders placed after December 5th cannot be guaranteed for delivery before Christmas.
We encourage our customers to order early to avoid disappointment.
While we do everything possible to ensure timely delivery, delays caused by high demand, logistics issues, or unforeseen events are beyond our control.
For this reason, if your order is delivered after your desired date, we cannot offer a refund unless the product arrives damaged or unusable.
This policy allows us to continue providing affordable shipping and high-quality products to all our customers.
9. Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you receive the product you want is to return the item you have.
Once the return is accepted, you can place a new order for the desired item.
10. European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period
If your order is shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without justification.
Your item must be in the same condition as received — unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging.
Proof of purchase is required.
11. Refund Processing
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return to let you know if the refund has been approved or not.
If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded to your original payment method within 10 business days.
Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
If more than 15 business days have passed since approval and you haven’t received your refund, please contact us at infoaerova@gmail.com.
