We do not process or ship orders on weekends or public holidays.
During high-demand or holiday periods, processing times may be slightly extended due to the increased volume of orders.
2. Shipping Times
Standard Shipments: Delivery typically takes 6 to 10 business days, depending on the destination.
Estimated Global Delivery Windows:

3. Shipping Costs
Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on your delivery location and selected shipping method.
Any customs duties, import taxes, or additional fees imposed by the destination country are the responsibility of the customer.
These are determined by local customs authorities and are beyond our control.
4. Holiday Season Notice
Orders placed after December 5th cannot be guaranteed for delivery before Christmas.
We encourage our customers to order early to avoid delays.
While we make every effort to ensure timely delivery, external factors such as logistics congestion, customs delays, or extreme weather events may affect delivery times.
5. Refunds and Late Deliveries
If your order is delivered after your desired date but arrives in perfect condition, we do not offer refunds.
Refunds are only available if the product arrives damaged or unusable.
This policy ensures that we can continue providing fast and affordable shipping options for all customers.
6. Undeliverable Packages
If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, refusal to pay customs fees, or multiple failed delivery attempts, we will contact you to arrange reshipment.
Additional reshipping fees may apply.

7. Shipping Delays & Unforeseen Events
Although we make every effort to ensure timely delivery, delays caused by carriers, customs, or weather conditions are beyond our control.
If your order is delayed, we kindly ask for your patience and understanding.
Refunds will only be issued for products that arrive damaged or defective.
8. Lost or Stolen Packages
We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages that are confirmed as delivered to the address provided at checkout.
Upon inquiry, we will confirm the delivery address, tracking number, and carrier information to assist in your investigation with the shipping provider.
9. Damaged Packages
If your package arrives damaged, please contact our customer service team within 7 days of receipt at infoaerova@gmail.com.
Please include clear photos of the damaged items and packaging.
Once verified, we’ll work with you to resolve the issue promptly through replacement or refund.
10. International Shipping
We offer worldwide shipping to most destinations.
Delivery times and shipping costs vary depending on the destination and will be displayed at checkout.
Please note that customs duties and import taxes are not included in the item price or shipping cost and remain the responsibility of the customer.
11. Tracking
Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email confirmation containing your tracking number and instructions to follow your package online.
Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking updates to appear after the carrier has scanned your package.
